This tool imports hazard records, maps each one to the relevant Awaab's Law phase, and produces a written investment case grounded in the NHF Schedule of Rates. It supports review and decision-making. It does not replace a surveyor's assessment or a solicitor's compliance advice.
Import hazard data
Upload a CSV of hazard records. Every row must use the same NHF Schedule of Rates version. A file mixing schedule versions is rejected rather than partially processed.
